Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been dispatched for delivery.

To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team via email or phone and provide their order details and get a status of the order. (sales@sridairy.com / +91 75488 91254)

Once an order is cancelled within the stipulated timeframe, customers will receive a full refund to their original payment method as per the financial institution’s fixed timeline.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched for delivery.

Return Policy

We prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality products. However, returns will only be accepted under specific circumstances:

  1. Damaged Product: If customers receive damaged items, they must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We may request photographic evidence of the damage for our records.
  2. Wrong Product Received: If customers receive the wrong product, they must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped or provide a refund.
  3. Quantifiable Reason for Unsatisfied Product: In cases where customers are unsatisfied with the product due to reasons such as taste, texture, or quality, a return may be considered if the reason is quantifiable. Customers must provide detailed feedback along with specific reasons for their dissatisfaction. Our customer service team will review the request on a case-by-case basis.

Customers must contact our customer service team to initiate a return request. Upon approval, customers will be provided with instructions on how to return the items.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method as per the financial institution’s fixed timeline.
